Historic Woodlawn School Building

The Historic Woodlawn School Building is a community-owned restored one-room schoolhouse available for rent.  The building is perfect for birthday parties, baby, and bridal showers, small weddings, community meetings, and classes. 

 

The building (as well as the surrounding grounds) is a NO ALCOHOL and SMOKE-FREE Facility.  The building is handicap accessible and includes a small galley style kitchen with a microwave for warming (no oven) and a full-size refrigerator and double sink.  The rental includes limited tables and chairs, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.  The building will be clean on your arrival and all rentals must clean up after their event and remove all trash from the premises.  No trash removal is provided.

 

Fees:

All rentals require a $100 security deposit that is fully refundable if the building is left clean and there are no damages.  Rental times must include your set up and clean up time.
